I got Lucas/Leon in the quiz, which is funny as Lucas has been my first choice since the bachelors were revealed. I think Murakumo is probably my second choice presently, I like the big teddy bear guys when they are actually an option instead of just being a foil to poke fun at. I'll just have to see really who suits Alice's personality better I guess.

I remember some people joking that Murakumo was put into the game to appease the players who really wanted to marry Bado. Honestly, I really like the visual variation of all of the available bachelors. Most of the boys have different heights and body types from each other. They all look distinct from each other, which is something I like in game. We even got both a youthful looking bachelor (Cecile) and an older-looking bachelor (Lucas) this time. (With that being said, that isn't the reason why I'm interested in Lucas.) I wish that the bachelorettes were just as visually different from each other, but they all seem to have very similar bodies to each other, except for Fuuka.

I don't actually know what is actually going on Lucas yet, but I look forward to finding out. Lucas comes to think that he's a « Harvest Goddess » throughout the game, has weird powers to boot, and he kind of looks like a younger version of Ethelberd from the 1st RF to me. Notably, Lucas has stubble, and Ethelberd's beard grew over time between RF1 and RF4. Lucas also has amnesia so, if he ever hated Earthmates or had a different name, then he wouldn't remember. Lucas does have black/dark grey hair, unlike Ethelberd, but Ethelberd's hair could have greyed with age and could have been darker when he was younger. I currently headcanon that Ethelberd really did become a « Harvest Goddess » at the end of RF4 and Lucas is Ethelberd reincarnated (or returned from the Forest of Beginnings or whatever) as a human.

Pfffff I just took at and even though I said I don’t like socializing and don’t have many friends/don’t post on social media, it literally came back saying that “I’m the life of the party”

Anyway I got Martin which is eh whatever. I’ll probably go after him eventually but he’s not my first pick.

It also told ME I'm the 'life of the party', but in reality if I were aaaaaaaany more introverted than I already am, it'd be a personality disorder or mental error that I'd have to be treated for to be able to function in real life, lol. (I'm laughing a little as I write it, but don't be mistaken: I'm not kidding, not even partly.) Which means that I got Martin as well. Martin *is* my top choice at this point, so though it got my personality absurdly wrong, it didn't get my choice in candidates wrong. I don't know if that'll hold up once I have the game, though. I've lost my interest in Reinhard for now, but you never know how they're going to charm you, in-game.

Well, based on the quiz I'm a Gentle Soul. I have to admit that's probably accurate. Perfect match is Ludmila. Hmm ... she's actually one I've had my eye on, but I don't want to dig too deeply into her personality to avoid spoilers. Have to see who the game leans me to now while playing.

Took the quiz, which told me I'm the warm, introspective type, who keeps my feelings to myself, prefers peace and quiet over the spotlight (which is accurate), and that my best match would be Murakumo! Considering he's one of my top picks, I'm definitely not mad about this. I also love the description they gave for Murakumo; it's really sweet and sounds like someone I'd potentially be.

I got Murakumo as well. I'm going to assume that any information covered in any official promotional material is not a spoiler. In any case, I just hope that this description doesn't mean that he's constantly being used by guests. I don't have whole lot of patience for push-overs. Gullibility can get on my nerves, but I hate watching characters being used by others.

I got Fuuka which... I'm slightly uncomfortable with, because she's so young looking lol and the equivalent was Amber, which wasn't wrong. When RF4 came out in 2013 and I was 17. Except now I'm about to be 26 and the younger looking candidates aren't my thing anymore, plus I'm not into the whole monster thing anymore either.

My top three right now are Ludmila, Beatrice, and Priscilla. We'll see how it goes once I actually play, but those are my top three. If I decide to do a playthrough where I go for a guy it'll probably be Ryker.

Which, wildly, when I did the quiz for guys I got Ryker. So that works lol

That quiz is pretty great! I haven’t been spoiling myself too much on character personalities, but I got Ludmilla, and if her RF4 equivalent was Dolce, that’s probably pretty accurate. Hard to say before I start socializing, though.

Just preordered my copy on Nintendo eshop because the physical deluxe edition with the art book and that kind of stuff was pre sold out from about November! Excited for the release but I probably won’t actually play the game until a couple months after release.

Took the quiz too and I got Lucas. He seems fine and all (I haven’t decided who I am going for yet, I will probably decide after a few seasons in game though) but his RF 4 counterpart is Leon?

Leon was honestly my least favourite bachelor in the last game because he knowingly tells you when you date that he doesn’t want to marry you. No commitment? No thank you! (Yes, I know the reason why I watched the event, but still that is not what I want going into a relationship.) I married Vishnal because he is firstly great to take into dungeons (being stingy and lazy I only wanted to take Forte and one other character into high levelled dungeons with me because I wanted to not spend as much on levelling up equipment for more than myself and two main party members) and secondly he seemed to have a bit of a crush on Frey at the start and it was cute enough for me to break my streak of not liking couples in which one character has a crush on the other, so there’s that. Most characters in 4 were great though and it’s looking to be the same in 5… I hope!

I find the VA choices this time around to be pretty good. For the dudes, Mura's my favorite but Reinhard's is pretty close (Chris Hackney!). For the gals, either Lucy or Beatrice with Ludmilla as second.

SungWon Cho and Joe Zieja on the VA casting has me HYPED tho.

This game is so close now. I'm so glad I never gave up hope to see another entry despite everything.
