I thought they would update the website by now. I'd like to see their official art, even though they already kind of showed it.

I did not have that on my RF5 bingo sheet. I thought he and Priscilla were related. Oh well, still cool! I’m also hoping they update the site soon! I really want to see the bios and official art of the other candidates. Waiting specifically on silver hair lady and witch girl! Exciting!

lucy is... surprisingly cute? i actually really like her design more than i like it in the chibi, might have to bump her up on my list haha

Character updated on the website!

Updates to the site have been made with character info and CV info.
They also showed numerous swimsuit sets for the MC ? I'm assuming these will be DLC packs. Makes me wonder about other clothes though.

Seems that Cecil is Martin's younger brother and wants to be a detective lol. That's kinda cute but would have never guessed he was related to Martin, I would have assumed Priscilla if anything due to the pink hair?
Lucy is Priscilla's best friend and seems like a sporty type and has a little brother.
It's cool we got more updates on the townsfolk too. Hina is a monster girl that you save from the sounds of it in the beginning of the game. I'm assuming she's sort of this game's replacement for Venti in a way? She looks kind of like a kitsune that bushy tail is so cute!
And I think it's neat that the town dr is also the mayor this time. She looks really awesome!

I can't wait for them to update us on more villagers. I'm most excited to learn about the red wolf haired girl and the silver-haired butterfly guy with the cloak. They just seem really mysterious to me.

Lucy is very cute, not really my thing, but cute. Not a fan of Cecile though. He looks like the a token Shota (just like Kiel was) and that's a type I really, really don't like. He does look a little older in his portrait, so I'll give him that at least.

I’m so happy with what we’re seeing so far with the characters. They’re just dripping with that signature RF style. I can’t pinpoint what it is, but they all just fit right in. Loving it!

Cecil is basically Illuminata? Super delusional about being a detective? Not the biggest fan of that trope. Illuminata wore it out on me. Shame, because Cecil is super cute. I want him to be my little brother, not Martin's xD

Is anyone else here wishing we could have gotten Terry instead? I know we couldn't get two detective characters, we would need a younger type guy, and we already have two older guys...But if we could have swapped things around somehow, he would be a much more appealing option to me than either pink Kiel or the older butler guy.

I'm glad there's plenty about RF5 that looks classically 'Rune Factory'. With this being their big return after nearly fading into nothingness, it's reassuring to see enough of the same style I'm used to.

I agree. Terry looks like he was suppose to be a bachelor but was scrapped. I do think it's important to have both Lucy and Cecil as candidates though. They're the two characters who are obviously meant to target younger players. I just genuinely wish they'd add two older candidates. Gandage and Simone would've been perfect for it. But who knows, there's still a few more characters left unrevealed.

Yes! The new SoS and HM look really different, so this familiar RF style feels like home to me. It’s giving me good nostalgia

Cecil looks about the same age as Alice to me, so I don't find his shotaness too odd. But still, not a fan of shota characters, so it's a naw from me, dawg. That being said, he sounds exactly like Illumunata, so I'm really interested in seeing how they write out his character; their similarities may end up just being a surface level thing. Also, if someone told me beforehand that one of the characters was Cecil's older sibling, I would have never guessed Martin in a million years.

Lucy is super cute, not much else to say other than I lub her.

Terry should have been swapped with Mr.butler, imho, but it's still way too early to say that's my final opinion. He's just too babe, y'know?

lucy is definitely gonna be it for me, aside from my silver-haired queen, ofc.

[side note: lucy's screenshot on her info page has alice in it, and cecile's has ares. all the other candidates so far have had the opposite gender protag. whatdoesthismean.jpg. and i'm only half joking.]
