When does the silkie chicken appear at Neal's shop?

i got a silkie egg from multiplayer a while back, so i dont really need a silkie, but im curious as to when they will be available at his shop.
im on year 2 , summer or fall i think and neil still is not selling them? is it year 3 or something?
also: after silkie appers at the shop, what animals/livestock unlock after that? or is silkie that last one?
i got rod's pet shop and i want more options for dogs n cats if there is more lol

The Silkie goes up for sale Winter Year 2. You can see a full list of animals available from Neil HERE, including when they unlock. Most animals have a time they unlock, but also special conditional unlock criteria that will let you get them early.
