Can you win HM 3 GBC as a boy without all power berries?

I don't think I have ever tried beating HM3 without all the power berries, so I am not sure. Most of them you just find tilling the fields while the other berries are found in different parts of the game: helping the aquarium person, failing the snowboard minigame, finding the mermaid, and finding the sprite after the earthquake in year 2. That last one may be what's holding you up I'm guessing? Here's a link to Cher's guide on the berries. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply! I know how to get them all but unfortunately accidentally locked myself out of one of them and can’t recover the save prior to that point. So if anyone has played through to completion without all PBs and knows for sure what the outcome will be pls LMK
