Does Friendship (or) Love Points Stay in SoS?

In Story of Seasons:Trio of Towns and in Pioneers of Olive Town the Friendship don't decrease at all.

So is that the same for the very first Story of Season as well? (Yes or).

Nope. Friendship still decreases from neglect in the first SoS. Trio was the first game where there was NO FP decay from neglect, afaik.
