Wife's Blood Type

While looking for a reason why blood types exist I found this forum where someone states the wife has an event if your two types match but could find no further details anywhere else on the internet.

So I was curious weather this is something Cher - or anyone really - can backup with proof from the code?

I looked through the guides for the game, and I don't see anything about choosing a specific blood type affects the game. In Japan, blood types are a cultural thing. I don't believe it matters so much in HMGB3.
