Recent active topics: that function is gone?

I swear there used to be something you could click on to see the most recent topics with activity, as well as newly created topics, both throughout the whole forum. That was a great way to read the forum, without having to open each subforum to look for new topics. But I cannot find that function anywhere now.

It's under the Quick Links menu at the top of the page if you're viewing the forum using the standard green/brown template.
