I'm sure they don't do it on purpose.
The quicker a game gets to market, the quicker a company makes money on it.
It's Natsumes lack of employees. I'm shure If they had more employees, It would have been released much so please, everyone stop yelling at poor Natsume. they are doing the best they can.

I know of two (I've seem a photo somewhere) but I bet they just employe a lot of Harvest Sprites to do the rest of their work

That's what I would do if I had access to those handy little boogers. Why stuff them inside of a game cartrige? I'd make them do the dishes!

True, but isn't it a bitt odd that production and promotion would push back the release date of a game by nearly a year? A few months I could understand, but it's been six months since their "origonal release date," and we still have three months to go until their current "release date."
Wouldn't it be better to just say it's going to take that long in the first place rather than to continuously push things back?

Good Points. However all I am saying is that I am sure there is more going on than just a lazy person not translating some text.
I would think for a small company, they would need to get games out as fast as possible. Sitting on games does them no good.
In regards to the year delay...who knows, maybe they wanted to wait until the other two Harvest Moon games stop selling.
