yeah, I think you get a newspaper, but, umm...I haven't really played my FoMT (g) game in quite a while, though I'm really far in it. So I probably can't get a newspaper if there's no new news

Also, I didn't mean I knew anything at all about the differences.. I really wanna know the other differences too (if there are any). Just though I'd list the ones I knew.

2) The girls visit your town more. Mine come once a week. But would they really make it so that the FoMT girls don't visit your town if you don't have FoMT fG? I can't believe they would be so harsh

I get the mineral town girls once a week too Mary on mondays, Karen on tuesdays, elli on wednesdays, popuri on sundays. I havent figured out when ann shows up exactly since I just bump into her from time to time. Gray comes by on thursdays, Doc on Wednesday, Cliff on thursdays (if i remember right), and Gotz on saturday night.

I know you DO get the newspaper but they're just letters that appear in your mailbox. There's 4 that I've had and they're kinda not so special.

Connecting the game does bring about a few new events that I havent heard anyone else come across yet. I put them in the sticky topic.

We probably get the same DVDs as well since that was added in instead of being from a fomt-boy game

You really dont unlock that much. just the newpaper and the events. that's really about it that i've seen. Fomtg came out in 2003 and might be sold out at online retailers you might not even be able to find a copy to buy.

I know its probably not much you unlock, but having a game and not having the other stuff makes me want it really bad, even though I know when I get it , that it wont be such big a deal XD

Hey, just a thought..umm. I checked and when I load my game w/o the for girls cartridge I fast forwarded my game about 2 weeks and the other characters seem to come to town just the same.

This may change if you cross seasons or years, though I doubt it.

So if you have a friend who wants to play that way too, you could share or something 'cause it doesn't have to be plugged in every time you turn the DS on to play sprite station.

For girls was released about TWO years ago?? Prices for games in Japan never go down--I paid a painful amount for my FoMT game considering it was released so long ago. All GBA games are expensive though...more than DS normally. Sigh...

I received a new newspaper in my SS mailbox. Apparently my girl in FoMT has participated in the Cow Festival 100 times Not likely since I'm only in my 7th year in FoMTG.

*edit* I was looking through my HM Cards and I found one called Rainbow Curry (虹カレー). I checked the Japanese fan sites and the recipe to make it is Curry Rice + Blue Curry + Green Curry + Red Curry + Yellow Curry + Orange Curry + Purple Curry + Indigo Curry + Pot. That might be the curry that Kirara is needing

I know when you talk to people, a box with their face appears, but what about in those screenshots with Jacks upper body in the speaking box, When does Jack's face appear in the speaking box is what Im asking.

Generally it appears during cut scenes when you get a choice of an answer. Then Jack's face appears across from the person he's speaking to during your choice.

Also, I think his face appears on the bottom during the 4:44 am doghouse love fight thingy. Now that I think about it--he never changes expressions either.
