Incorrect information on Crops Fandom page?

According to the Crops page on the Fandom site for the game, https://harvestmoon.fandom.com/wiki/Crops_(HSH), certain crops seeds are indicating a price as if we can purchase them at the General Store whenever they may become available (Broccolini and Phalanx seeds are but just two examples of this) but according to this site's Store https://fogu.com/hm/home_sweet_home/shop_market.php page, certain crops do not ever become available at the General Store.

Is anyone familiar enough with the game able to clarify which one is actually accurate because if we can obtain the seeds through the General Store at some point, I'm not as invested in turning over crop items for villager requests as I'd rather bank the money from selling the crop items instead. However, if we can't ever obtain certain seeds at the General Store and the only way we can obtain them is through completing villager requests then I've no choice but to do so if I want those certain type seeds?

Wasn't aware there was even a traveler's shop. Thank you for this info.

So are all seeds available at either shop or are some seeds only available via villager requests?

As far as I've seen, not every crop is available in seed form. Many are mutations you've to trigger (e.g., Water Beet, Heart of the Earth, etc.) and I do not know if those eventually unlock in seed form after selling a specific amount like in prior versions of Harvest Moon.

There may be some seeds that are request only, but I haven't been paying attention and there isn't a completed-request tracker in this game like in Anthos.
