Why do all the dates say MARCH 3?

Your date set up was "D, M m Y h:i a" which displayed day, month, numeric month, hour, minute, am/pm. I changed it back "D, M d Y h:i a".

Some people were having a difficult time reading the forum's standard date (year/month/day) so I had to change some of their date displays so it would be eaiser for them to understand

You can do the same thing inside of your account profile.
