If we don't take action...this will continue. We could use a timed ban depending on the magnitude of the offence.

Yeah. The fishes have rights to post too. Even though most of them only make dupilicate topics.

The only thing we can do right now is report...Because only Madgurlinlabbwhahaha and Covert & Cher have the power to close/delete topics

True, but closing topics won't do much. They will just make another topic and once they get IP banned they will get their friends to spam.

It's the endless cycle of TEH « n3w farm3r »...is there really ANYTHING we can do about them other than report posts?

...I must ask though....if we report the anonymous fishes post....how do we know they will stop spamming? I mean...they didnt join so they cannot be banned or PMed about the matter. Does Cher ban their IP?

Well....we could do something... i have an idea...ok,if someone has to join they have to prove themselves on a forum...like we(Or Cher) could create a fishie forum and the fishies must be good non-spamming fishies for a couple of days and if they past the "Test" they can be a membie *Hides in fear of being slapped because of stupid idea*

That does sound like a plan...like a entering exam....if you get a certain score or higher you are in...but below the needed score you cannot join until you change your ways

That would be too much of an inconvenience. This is a game help forum. We can't do that to fishies unless fishes can only post in a certain area and we have Harvest Moon experts there to help them.

The forum is to ASSIST PLAYERS WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HARVEST MOON. It is NOT your personal play-place, and there is no registration requirement for a reason.

appauled that you think you have some special right to use the forum because you have a registered user name. "Fishies" are here to get assistance and read up on the game series. Registration is NOT required to make it easier for someone to just drop by, ask their question, get an answer, and then move on.
"Fishies" have access to the website comments, the hm sections, and 'other games' sections. They do NOT have access to the back fence, which is hidden from their view. If you are so tired and whiney about "fishies", then spend your time in the BF or get the hell out of here.
This behavior of 'elitism' is disgusting.
