While I'm not sure how much it will go up (or if it will go up at all), I can guarantee you that that one event is not going to raise Cliff's heart color several colors.

I wonder that too...that's a good question...maybe it'll just raise one colour? Or...maybe it's some sorta hidden heart event!

Yeah, It has to make his heart go up a little. the Winter event were he faints might raise his heart level aswell...

well it might turn in to a heart event. i mean if they have them it might be included as one.
