whenever I try to log in it says my account is inactive or I put in an invalid password. I've tried a couple of times but it wont work. and thanks for help in advance

check in"I Forgot my password"or check if you spelled anything wrong

I have but it says that I cant retrieve it because my account has been disabled. and I know I've been typing my password correctly.
