What is a hidden user? How/Why are people hidden users?

less than 30 are hidden
they are just hidden to avoid being spotted. just for fun. i'm hidden :p

There are some people like Cher who are hidden as well...is Cher hidden? I don't know but I am *hides* I think Cher is hidden
