So I suppose that since you can marry the bachelors now, some of their loved items from FoMT are now their favorite items, worth more relationship points than they were before.

But does this also mean that the items that were the girls' favorites are now only loved (Scrambled Eggs for Popuri, etc.)? Or are they still their favorites?

And apart from that, are all the other gifts you give to people in this game the same? I've done a lot of work testing items on people in FoMT and I'd hate to have to test them all over again for a game that's almost exactly the same. If I could make my personal omni-FAQ into a FoMT/FoMT:FG combo guide with a few notes here and there about what's different in each version, that would be awesome.

That wasn't even close to my question. I was not asking about heart events.

I was asking if the girls still have favorite items. You know, if Popuri likes scrambled eggs more than normal eggs or if it's the same since you can't marry her anymore.

i'm sure she does......don't the villagers have their favorites? if so then the girls will.....

i'm pretty sure it will all be the same. like Gray will still like ores, Kai will still like flour and Pineapples and i think the girls will all like the same things ex- Popouri will still love scrambled eggs, ann will still love chocolate and food, Karen will still love wine. i think.

But see, Karen likes popcorn and sashimi more than she loves wine. Popuri loves scrambled eggs more than she loves raw eggs and chocolate.

None of the other villagers had favorites in this way in FoMT, including the rivals, who now have favorites in the girl version (or so I have heard).

Maybe I should just forget it and test it myself when I get the game in a couple months.

It's got all ur questions answered including the one abt favourite items tho I'm sure it's not complete or accurate yet..After all, it takes quite alot of energy to test every single item to see what he/she likes is he/she's fav...

Dislike items: (The Ushi No tane site says something. Of course its something. *rolls eyes* But I got a more definite answer through experimentation in FoMT 4) He hates flour, oil, curry etc All those ingredients you buy at the general store that hasn't been cooked.

Edit: Interesting thing to note. Everyone just about hates pirate treasure if you give them that. They treat it as tho u're presenting them rubbish instead of treasure...I mean Townsfolks! sheesh! Anyway, but Won likes it alot, I guess it's coz he's greedy...He says somehting like: "How kind of you to present me soemething so precious. At least, he's got sense!

Propably will keep it the same it's easier on the programers to use an exsisting engine for people's likes/dislikes. The real question is will they debug some errors like when you get the copper rod the text is all messed up.

Does Cliff like ANYTHING besides cooked items? I was planning to marry him, but if he only likes cooked items, he'll be hard!
