I don't think it really matters, like some places you have to print out the form give it to your parents to sign and they have to fax it to the people, what happens if they don't have a fax machine, but the parent would let them? That happened to me before, I just said I was older, I'm not allowed to give my age out online anyways....It's too easy to lie about your age, but, they're gonna be here even if they can't post, reading other posts, so they should be able to anyways....

It said you have parentel permission to join if you younger. So if your under 13 and get parent permission your ok
