How do you change the "guests" to Anonymous Fish or something like that?

Changing a persons name to a different name if they are an Anonomous fish i think. Like changing when ever or when they do something or stuff...im getting my self confused @@

No, from a fish to a guest i guess. He is making his own forum so i guess he is making the anonomous fishys, guests

you know when you enter a forum, sometimes, when you're logged out, it says "Guest" he wants to know how to change it to like "Anonymous Fish"
