what's the difference between people that are members and people that aren't? other thaan signatures and that stuff.

Members can go to posting games, unregistered people(fishies) can´t.
Members can get ranks, they can get moombers, they can edit their posts, fishies can´t.
and fishies can´t get banned.

They can. Cher can ban their IP address.

There is a way. Locking the topic or simply IP banning the fishie.

It's the 'title' guests have here. Look at your post, at the left part of it, and this is what it says:
Hamtaro
Anonymous Fish
That title below your screenname is to recognize that you're not a member. And you can't avoid being called a fishie. Every anonymous member is called that here.

o.o Fishie gone mad... You can't really lock a topic only Cher or a mod can even then it's only on certain boards.
Members can go on chat, now non-members can't.

no one was spamming and you don't have to have caps lock. Were just saying...your not a member, and we are so you don't have to get mad....and we can't control if this gets locked or not.

yeah, i think people feel more comfortable with those they know better and also soem fishes are banned members...and we have had a bad history with them...th majority that are new don't know firum etiqute yet
