Ohh no! They can't do that, just to not release the game in Europe. 
Somewhere I've heard they say that it'll come to Europe in June but..
Well. Then I'll just order it from America... But if it won't work on my GBA because it's European? I'd thought they put some codes in machines to prevent piracy.
