glitches?

what is this glitch I'm hearing about to get 1 billion g? what do you need to do it ? what sprite color do you have to choose? well I chose orange and when I wanted to hire the orange team ( I have 2 guys) the fat sprite dude at the counter didnt let me ? whats up with that?
Oh and how do you get the fishing rod?

It just randomly happens, nobody knows exactly how to trigger it. Some have guessed that it has to do with hiring certain sprites or collecting certain sprites.

why cant I have the orange sprites work for mr and what day was it when it happened to you?

Do you have the medals to pay them with? If you haven't earned or bought any medals then you can't hire the sprites. In case you don't know this, you buy medals from the sprite in the casino room and you can earn medals by playing games in there too.
I don't remember the exact day but it was towards the end of summer in year 2 when I had the glitch happen.
