Oh MY « Harvest Goddess » I FOUND THE BOTTLE
Ok what I did was I was In my 3rd year in spring it was sunny out and it was at exactly 10:00pm it just turned that time. I used the mythrle rod ( blue one ).the spot were I got it was where you just entered the beach and go straight forward and fish. so when I showed the scientist he freaked out and when the mermaid saw it she blushed ( the scene is long).
Then you take the mermaid out to the beach and talk to her. shes upset to leave you than she asks you something like will I see you again. So answear the first option then she'll be happy then dive into the ocean and leave. I went back to the beach the next tuesday ( two weeks after ) and asked if she would marry me and she said yes so if you got the bottle in summer our any other month you're game is screwed up or it was a glitch. after you find the bottle I dont think you can catch any more. but before you find it try to catch a lot of bottles they sell for a bargain.so if you have any questions just ask and I'll be back to answear them. GOOD LUCK and its easy to find them the bottle looks like a wine bottle so dont get it confused with a fish skeleton they look a like

you can get the bottle any season. My book says nothing about getting the bottle in a specific season I am 100% sure of this

Just because you got the bottle in spring does not mean that the only time to get it is spring. Please be careful causing/creating rumors that make the game more difficult for no reason.

I'm sorry I didnt know I never got it in any other season but on the second day of spring the first time O threw it in I got it
and whats the basement for. Oh I finally got my horse

The basement is for growing crops. In the third mine on certain floors you can hammer out seasonal stones: The Sun of Spring, Sun of Summer, Sun of Fall and Sun of Winter.

Put the sun of a season on the box in the basement. Then, crops of that season will grow.

Example: put the sun of fall on the box and you can grow eggplants, sweet potatos (setsuma imo), peppers and other fall crops.

What do you need to get married?

You need to have both house upgrades, the big bed, collected 60 sprites and therefore rescued the Harvest Goddess, to see all 4 events for any specific girl (check the "heart events sticky topic at the top of this SS forum), and you need to have the girl at a red heart and buy the blue feather.

you can also look at the sticky with the heart events...you HAVE to see all the heart events... but i dont know if they are all there.

If you ask specifically for a girl's heart events, someone can figure them out for you if they're not already in the Sticky Topic though. ^^

I found out you can downgrade your tools the same way you upgrade them. I downgraded my mythic fishing rod to a mystril one. I'm fishing in the fall right now and so far I haven't had any luck with the bottle, but since it's rare it'll probably take some time.

well in spring you get tons of them

No offence lalu or anything, but I am confident that you can only get it in spring, thats how they did it in fomt and fomtfg, and I dont understand why they would change it to make it easier.

But I would be lying if I said I didn't get 1 bottle in summer (summer 7th in my 2nd game--after the chicken festival) and four bottles in fall **shrugs** could be a fluke in my game, or maybe there's more available in spring.

I've only gotten them when I've used level 5 strength (that's the one where you get the little black x on your head). It wouldn't make sense to me that 6 or 7 (glowing and then on fire) wouldn't work, but I'm not sure if they do. I've only tried level 5 and used the mythril rod.

Absolutely no info. in my book about the bottle except that you have to give it to Lettuce *sigh*
