Some people have there avvvies very big and cher said it should be 80x80 how come i cant do that??

you have to upload it yourself. the ones that you can upload to the site are only 80 square. ones that you upload somewhere else, however... ^.~

no. in the profile, there are two boxes: one for the adress from your computer, and one for the outside address. go look, it is easy to find.

Even some uploaded images above 80x80 can't be set to the profile...

That is because the file size can be no more than 20 KB.
