OK, So rising Star limited is a new translation/european games publisher company. Its a Joint Company between Marvelous Inc, a japanese based publisher and bergsala AB, which I've never heard of. together they plan to bring out japanese games to europe faster than anyone could before.
now there will even be occations where our release date is ahead of the japanese although the games are made/based there

-not a direct quote.

The rising star website(below) has some stuff about themselves and information on games that they are translating but the harvest moon section is not up yet. it just says "coming soon". the website requires flash aswell i think. they also have a contact page where you can Email a number of people asking about all their games. * emails asking about HM:SS in Australia *

OK, Well I hope this helped the people who are waiting for the European release of HM:SS!

Pleeez, I can't wait much longer. but i dont want to import a copy. because then when i get the english one i won't want to play it :( why does europe always get games last...

Very Bad Things™ he he. R-oms aren't Illegal if you have them on your system for less than 24hours OR if u own the game ur allowed to have the r-om too. didn't anyne else know that???

it looks like there server is not working right, probably because they are in the process of up dating the infomation data base. most server start off like this with lots of 'coming soon' links, give them 2 or 3 weeks and it should improve some.
About the E-mails the links are only part finished and don't fully conect yet, they hope to have this problem fixed soon, like 2 weeeks maybe.

That is totally false. The 24-hour rule was made up by distributors of illegal games to validate their downloads.

Nintendo has become more involved with the stopping of illegal downloads. If you would bother to read the disclaimer added at the end of every instruction manual that comes with every Nintendo game you will read a statement saying the exact opposite that you are claiming.

That would require you to actually purchase a game
