5)Yes they appear once HM:FOMT(Japanese) or HM:FOMT:FG(also has to be Japanese) are connected. I do not think you have to connect again. Though try the English version of FOMT and the Japanese version of SS together to see if that works too.
6)Arisa(popuri), Erisu(elli), Kaarii(Karen), Marivia(mary), and Aafi(ann) they live in Mineral Town. Once you marry one of them the game ends.(well that is currently uncomfirmed)

I don't know if you've noticed this or not, but this forum is for HM:SS not off topic things such as weekly words. If you want to post chatty things then maybe you should head over to the backfence. There is also really no need to double and triple post as there is an edit button.
