Maybe you don't have the shelf an dthe fridge e.t.c you need to get them to see the blue heart events, hope that helps.
And you'll get them eventually so don't worry.

Blue Heart Events only happen if you own the largest rucksack and the boy is at a blue-colored heart or higher.I hope you own the cartrige-form of the game.... it is not out in English yet and playing illegal downloaded versions of HM is not looked highly on...

As Candy Girl said you need to see all the other events (i.e you need to see the black & purple heart event) to see this.
