Unless you're talking to one of the girls from FOMT, the heart meter (Black, Purple, Blue...) will still show on the screen without needing anything special.
If you want to see the number values, then you need to get the Friendship Ring from the Sprite Casino. I believe it's 1000 or 2000 Medals. Not too hard.
Its 5000 medals, I got them in about 10 minutes. Start by buying around 50 medals, then save your game. I prefer poker, blackjack is ok, but keep away from memory. Namely because you dont really win the money from the casino game, you win it from playing double or nothing.
So anyway, start of by placing bets of 5 on the poker. When you play double-up at first left it run to 40, then when youve won that a couple times (have maybe 200 medals) start letting it run higher, up to 160-320. even if you lose everynow and again, dont bother always resetting. When you have around 500 medals start placing bets of 10, and let the double up run until you get to 1120. This will get you the 5000 medals in no time.
I've had better luck with the memory game. The game is fairly easy to win (not really based upon luck) and if you bet 10 medals you'll win 40. If you care to play the double or nothing game it's fairly easy to rack up medals in a short amount of time.
Are you asking for a picture of the silver ring that displays your friendship/heart points or are you asking for a picure of what the screen looks like when the ring is equipped and the friendship/heart points are actually displayed?
