I think in one of the screenshots she's named something along the lines of "Claire" not sure if that's the exact name, but I know the first four letters are right.

at least that was how it was in HM3: Boy Meets Girl...
the characters were Pete and Jill, so it doesn't actually go with the nursery ryhme...
and i heard that in MFOMT it is Claire, and they are actually two different people if you check.. one long hair blonde, one short hair red.

Jill is what the English players of FoMT have conjured up to go with Jack. Claire, I'm somewhat sure, is a rough translation of her Japanese name.
