Dell graphic problems? (a.k.a. "Cells?")
My computer did it again. Every once in a while, all the pictures on every web page go all cellish and blockie (very technical terms). This is of some small annoyance, as I have to refresh with full quality all the time (and sometimes that doesn't work).
Is this just my computer, or can it be fixed by changing the settings?
To find where Dell comes in, please read the posts.

Thank you for your help. Now that I'm on DSL it sorta resets itself every once in a while, and all the graphics go right. It did this sometime this morning. Then, in a few days, it will go back to where I have to refresh, but I guess it's not so bad as it is annoying. Oh well...

Dell? I have a Dell tower... Does anyone else have this problem with Dells?
