a. Emulators are legal, <b>Very Bad Things™</b> are not.

b. The 24 hour rule was made up by those that distribute <b>Very Bad Things™</b> to make what they're doing supposedly "legal". I asked someone at Nintendo myself, and they said it was 100% illegal no matter how long you keep it.
