This is Amazon Japan's list of all Harvest Moon Guidebooks that they carry: Full List

This one seems to be from Supersonic Speed

And this one says it is the Official Guidebook

I don't think either one is by KOEI.

They've made guide books for a long time

Enix makes a lot of books as well, yet they're mainly known as a video game publisher.　KOEI also produces videos and dvds.
