Well, that would explain a lot of things...yet since we don't know you personally...nothing can be accepted as fact unless it can be visually confirmed for you can trust no one on the internet. And one minute apart seems like a small time frame to log out and find something to post in.

Actually it is STILL a small time frame. It takes time to log out, log in, find something to post in, click the post new reply button, type up the post, and post the post.

Of course they could
If they had a small network they could have one machine (router, etc.) acting as the gateway to the outside, while each computer inside has their own internal ip for that network.
There are hundreds of people here at work and we all have the same ip address
