And it is not true that you can get married at a blue heart .
Here are the reasons
1. There is a yellow heart event
2. Blue heart= friends
3. The blue feather isn't sold until it is a orange heart.

The bad to husband one is probably when he gets down to a black heart, He probably packs up and leaves

Guessing the power outage is during a hurricane or tornado, or any other bad weather they added, maybe it will rain cows now

No, you have to get to a red heart, but you only have to see the blue heart event, where you get the gift.
