There's 2 hot springs. The first one unlocks at Furen's 3rd heart event and the 2nd one comes from using the 1st one 200 times. I believe Kyle mentioned that one of them also automatically unlocks when your child is born, but I don't remember which one.

No :( :( It might unlock when your child is born. Kyle probably would be able to confirm that.
