Where can I purchase the import version?

I've never purchased an import before - so am wondering where I can go to get the game. Also, are there any differences in the US Nintendo DS system from the Japanese release? I guess (sorry if this is a stupid question) I'm asking if I get the import, can I play it no problem on my current DS?

You'll have no problems playing it on your DS- they're region free. No worries.

I am selling it for 45 Dollars (including cartridge + free shipping to Canada and US). It will be cheaper than buying from those online stores.
