For making just plain fruit juice, which fruit do you use?

In the Chukamon / Chinese Dumpling recipe what is Komugi?

I'm having a problem with the following recipes. Is something left out of them?:
fish paste (small fish, large fish & mixer)
steamed cake (egg, flour, oil & steamer pot)
pumpkin pudding (egg, milk, pumpkin & steamer pot)
chirashi sushi (sashimi, scrambled eggs, rice ball & no utensil)

I don't think the chocolate cookie recipe is right. I didn't need to use butter, just cookies, chocolate & oven.

Fawkes, Komugi is Flour. Just the plain box variety.
The fish paste is just a medium fish (just small or just large might also work)

I've also had problems with those recipes. I also cannot ge the Bodigizer XL and Turbojolt XL recipes to work. Does the chocolate cake recipe work? I've been hesitant to try after the cookies failed.

Can anyone help with these?

Flour (小麦)

fish paste (small fish, large fish & mixer)

pumpkin pudding (egg, milk, pumpkin & steamer pot)
chirashi sushi (sashimi, scrambled eggs, rice ball & no utensil)

Fish Paste = Medium Fish + Mixer
Steamed Cake = Egg + Milk + Oil + Steamer
Pumpkin Pudding = Egg + Milk + Pumpkin + Steamer (that's what I have as the recipe in my game)

My game created お寿司 when I combined Sashimi, Scrambled Eggs, and a Rice Ball. That's the same ingredients used in FoMT, but it looks like you need to add a vegetable in SS to get ちらし寿司. I was able to get it to work by adding a cucumber.

The chocolate cake recipe that works in my game is Butter + Flour + Chocolate + Egg + Oven. If you want to make regular cake you need to subustitute some sort of fruit for the chocolate. Both of the guide books ommitted the fact that you needed a fruit

The working cookie recipe I have in my game is Butter + Egg + Flour + Oven.

I've tried to make medium mayo using a duck egg but I was unsucessful. It only seems to work with chicken eggs in my game.

My game's working turbojolt xl /bodigizer xl:
Bodigizer XL = Bodigizer + blue grass (not indigo grass)
Turbojolt XL = Turbojolt + green grass

I finally figured out the pumpkin pudding problem. It has to be a chicken egg. A lot of the other recipes you can use a duck egg (except the mayonaise), but this is one of them that has to be a chicken egg. Now if only I can snag some soba flour...
