it says Ushi=cow/cattle
no- field
tane- seed, pip, kind, variety, quality, tone, material

I get this question often "Ushi No Tane" is the Japanese name for the Cow Miracle Potion you need to make your cows pregnant. Since in HM3 there are gender-specific animals there's no M.Potion at all, hence the "no more cow seed"!
