How do you get the circus? Do you have to get Furen's 3rd heart event?

Furen's 3rd heart event unlocks the hot springs not the circus. I believe you need to have a kid for the circus to appear.

know you have to get married then it should appear and yes the third heart event is when you get the hot springs *the hotsprings is cool cause if you put an egg in it it gets bigger then it boils...it's fun!
