no its false cuz the fireman hat is random so it can be anywhere...but it wouldnt matter to me cuz i go around the whole town getting all the gifts...XD

mine is full too but only 2 of meh dogs...when i get a shih tzu im gonna make that one full...im using me yorkie just to take it on a walk to get points so that i can unlock the shih tzu XD also my dogs seemed to like the yorkie better than the other dogs..XP

Holly(Shih Tzu) and Henry(Beagle) both have their meter about 60% full. I'm training them both for the agility and frisbie comps so I don't take them on too many long walks very often. xD
