Depends on where you are at... Basically you set up using the search signal on the DS Game card, if youre lucky you wont have to enter the WEP key, I didnt ^_^

Not sure, but I was racing Cher, we tied both of the 4 times

WEP: Wireless Encryption Passkey (I think... not sure... I do know it has to do with encryption and passwords)

I don't have one yet and I doubt that my parents will get me one. x.x If I do get one though, I'll post my number thing so people can play with me. ^__^

No, you have to go into MArio Kart DS and when you go to WFC Mode you select Friend Codes, and then press confirm friend code and then it tells you what your friend code is.

Umm theres directions on www.nintendowifi.com and its actually really simple if your system ditects the access point.
