First, you check Cher's site to see if there are any tool upgrades that could possibly lend a hand.

In other words: You need the Blessed Hammer to remove it. And it respawns every day.

If it can be answered just by reading throught the site, then no one should bother helping her. Just tell her to go to the site, nothing more. It's her own fault for lacking common sense.

You could consider this girl might have found this forum through Google or some websearch and did NOT know about the site. Why not just be helpful and tell her instead of being lazy and pointing to the site? Or if you must point to the site... explain it nicely =3

Anyways... I don't even have my tools upgraded fully... so I'm not much help. Sorry girly...

Edit: Oh... she's posted here a while. Guess I can't stand up for her ignorance there... BUT maybe she was figuring someone would help her with their own ideas or what not?
