I know this might sound stupid but what does the phrase Ushi No Tane mean? It's just been annoying me for a while.

It means jacking off a cow, even though cows don't produce 'seed' per se. Bulls do.

You could prepare cows for IVF and harvest their eggs, but those wouldn't be seeds either.
