Okay, so this is how I see it: Rick shows up, and Rock and Celia are surprised to see him. (note that my Japanese is patchy at best, and that I am mainly working by guess work) Rick tells the two to get behind him, and Steiner laughs/chuckles/giggles. All of the sudden, Rick performs the Maiden Chick Beam, much to the other three's surprise.

Why is Rick performing the MCB? I have no clue.

He's in denial about not being as cool as Steiner, so he hired some special effects guys to give him the illusion of a maiden chick beam. He obviously payed the guys in hot wings. Why he's using the MCB on Steiner I have no clue

I'm going to assume that the word confusion was intentional.
Maybe we should just keep on reffering to it as the MCB: it's a whole lot easier to type than Maiden Chick Beam.

Good morning! It's roughly 8:47 am where I am, so I thought I'd start off the day with some 100% hand drawn Steiner Pics! Actually, the second one is more of a what-if comic, but it involves Steiner. These were drawn with the concept of "what if the characters Harvest Moon DS were in a shojo manga that took place at a high school?" Enjoy!
