Well it's been over a month and no mention of pregnancy yet. Continuing to give her gifts every day so it's probably only a matter of time.

Hopefully it isnt that you have to wait about exactly 1 month and your wife gets pregnant, makes it boring.
I think it should be random ^_^ such as if you keep her happy for 1-2 months she will get pregnant sometime between that.
