If I've said it once... I've said it a million times. Money is super easy to come by in this game. Suuuupeeeer easy. 105,000 is 2-3 days work in game at most, even fairly early on. Just go to the mine and get necklaces and broaches and what not. Those alone are worth like 5,000 so it'd only take 20 of those to be able to afford it.
