Yeah, you're right, only it's 30 days. More listness!
VII. Elementary, Middle and High School
Sending your children to school is a personal choice. On the one hand, children will be happier, and better friends with all the rivals (If you send them to elementary school, they all have green hearts, thus saving you three events.) On the other hand, they can only do half as many chores as they would be able to without school. Weigh these variables vcarefully when you decide whether or not to send them to school when they are five until they are ten. After that is the problem of...Middle and high school: basically the same as elementary. Middle school is for eleven and twelve, and high school is for thirteen to fifteen. Middle school and high school basically let you witness green and yellow heart events sooner, thus making you only need to see one heart event when they grow up! Again, fewer chores. Make your desicion.
VIII. Growing up and saying good-bye
If your children live to the ripe age of 15, they will leave home (with an interesting event) and start their own farm. (Twins at that age are, for all purposes, siblings that happen to be the same age.) You can visit them, but will no longer have to hug them, etc. every day.
Nekosuki, you will LOVE the next one!

Well, the farm(s) would actually right next door to yours! You could visit them whenever you wanted. Here's more!
IX. Marriage (For fanatics only!!!)
Once your child leaves home, they are HIGHLY suspectible to romance! (tee hee) There will be a whopping SIX heart events you must see for them to marry: Black Heart: Anytime, Pink: One season after black, Blue: Two seasons after black, etc. Of course, if they played together, had birthday parties and went to school together, you will not need to see as many. 7 days after the orange heart event, they will come to your doorstep and ask if you will let them get married. If you say yes, they will get married 7 days afterward. It will be predetermined in the programming which of the rival children are romancable. After that comes...
Translation: The game already knows which of the rival children each of your children will go with.
X. Granchildren (This is for REAL fanatics only.)
Once your child gets married, they will have one child a year(changed to 2 years). Every so often they will ask you to babysit. If you do, come to their house at 6, and then it will be 9, with you VERY tired.

Wow, that's awesome! Oh, no, I'll be a grandma!
But, would the characters age on there?
I've always wanted my son/daughter to marry on Harvest Moon. It's just so cute. I like the babysitting idea.

Thanks! Glad that you like it! Here's more!
XI. University
I was kind of crazy when I wrote this. The main advantage of college is that it is an opportunity for your children to fall in love with someone beside the rival kids. However, you must pay 10000G to send them there! Also, it will be another four years before they leave home. You must see all the heart events for college because your kids don't know them. If you see all of the heart events for the college bachelors/ettes, then 7 days after they graduate, they will come to your doorstep and ask you to let them get married. College may also influence what happens next...
There's gonna be a lot of in the next one; it's miscelaneous...

You were crazy!
I have a question though...can you say no to the couple when they come to your doorstep?
Does the husband have any part in this?
Just wondering. WOW! Colledge. All of the people might be a little too much for the gamemakers. But hey, I like alot of people!

Wow. That would take soooo much work.
I'd settle for a teenager who helps take care of the animals.

i'm sorry, but the only way for any of that to possibly happen is to make either an increibly huge game or to make an entire game devoted to raising kids. >>

I did mention in the miscellaneous section that I thought some people would think that it was a little too child-centric... I guess I was right... And you could say no if you felt like it...

I love all of this! Really I do. Although, the college part was a little crazy.
Not being rude or anything.
