Typos, and Glitches 25/03/08

Umm...I made an animal shed out of fodder and then to prevent it from breaking I put my dog in there. A storm destroyed the barn and now my dog's missing...Can someone explain about this?

another typo I found while playing:
after marrying Muffy, talk to her the 2nd time while she's in bed.
she says:After all, I to want to spend time you,honey.
When she really means time with you.
Hm....? Sure a lot of typos!

No, Honey can be used as a nickname, such used in this sentence:

It wasn't 'honey' that was the typo, it's that the word 'with' is omitted when Muffy speaks. I want to spend time with you.

I found a typo!!!! Look in the instruction booklet (yeah, the instruction booklet, not the game) under marriage. In Lumina's description, it says not to give her colored glass when she is expecting precious gems. This should be colored grass.

that is not a typo. it's a METAPHOR. colored glass is a common way to fake gemstones; you can get glass colored to look like a ruby, or a saphire, or any gem you please, very cheaply. It's saying that Lumina will be able to tell, and won't appreciate the cheap fake. In a broader sense, the colored glass and precious gems are symbolic: don't give her colored glass, ie, cheap substitutes, when she is expecting precious gems, ie, the real thing. An equivalent would be 'don't give her weeds when she's expecting a bouquet.'

So. Not a typo. just, apparently, more subtly sophisticated than your mind can grasp.

Just a couple of things I've found glitchy about the game:

1. Ever since I entered my third year, occasionally the Witch will appear after I put my dog or cat (and once, a chicken) on the ground and will say that I've thrown away ten things in my inventory and give me a gift. If I reload the file, it won't happen again until the next day. It's actually quite annoying.

2. During the chicken festival, after sending a chicken away with Popuri in the morning I entered the chicken coop. There will be a floating egg there that I cannot touch. After the festival is over and I go check out my chicken, I will be able to pick up the egg.

3. When putting a duck egg on the incubator, it will go flying through the air from my hands and land perfect on the incubator nest. At first I was scared I dropped it or something! It happened for every duck egg I put on, but they all hatched normally.

4. I hired the stamina team and placed them up by the goddess pond. One day they were scattered weird-like all over the place, but still did their work. The next day they were back to normal.

5. A typo: when you speak to Carter on Thursday when Gray is over, he will call him "Grey".

That's about it. Other than the frezzing while I fish in winter.

please tell me if this is a glitch

I unlock the harvest sprites in the casino the 4 if im right is the one of theme is the medal dealer and the other 3 is mini games matching type, black jack, double or nothing but every time i talk to them is i can only play matching type i cant play the other game.

is this a glitch or do i still need to unlock those other games??

Are you playing the EU version? If so, that's a glitch - you can only play the matching game. Sorry!

I somehow managed to break one of the walls in the excavation site WITHOUT having my hammer.
I had sent it to the Blacksmith, Grey/ Gray, so I had no way of getting it until the upgrading was finished.
I went to the excavation site, and the cutscene for 'finding' a new tunnel took place, which is when the hammer appeared for the cutscene only.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Well... first things first - where do you live? If europe, then its the EU version. Or if you ordered if the internet if you live elsewhere, it could be the EU one. If the casing is clear, then it's an EU game (plus you can choose the language).
