Now that I think of it, they always say it's just the tradition in Flower Bud village to use a blue feather.

So somehow, that transferred over to Mineral Town and the Valley (and whatever other HM games that use blue feathers).

also, you can easily buy a blue feather from the peddler/tool shop/supermarket, but wehre are you going to score a diamind ring in a place like a harvest moon village? think about it. woudl you really trust buying one from won, or the shady salesman?


(also, i think they said something about it coming from a rare bird...? i forget.)

That's cool. It was your theory of what the heart colors mean anyways. Not like there are any official names for them or anything....right?

I acutally thought they worked the exact same way! So maybe. Theres probably no exact definition but it's fun to guess!

Black- There's a new guy in town. He seems pretty nice.

Purple- A friend. He's pretty nice. ^-^

Blue- Good friends. She has a slight crush too.

Green- Really good friends. She feels like she could tell you almost anything. Except maybe the fact that she likes you.

Yellow- Best friends and she has a really big crush on you.

Orange- Thinks about you a lot and is beginning to wonder if this is what love feels like.

Red- You've got the girl hooked. She's in love and ready to marry you now. Well... Once you get the big bed for all that after wedding bussiness of course.
