yes I had that problem too I tried an tried to get all the kitchen stuff but always when i went to the inn to order the stuff all doug said was (we have phone) I think you have to recall your game (I did) to ubi soft to get a new one beacuse it is a glitch in the game.My game work just fine now i evry time i order i get the stuff.I think only the pal version has this problem<br><br>ps.
