It wouldn't be too realistic if she wanted Zack to stay. I mean, she's already married, and it doesn't seem like she dislikes Rod. I mean, sure, she can't be too happy with him for leaving her and all that, but she knows it's just because he loves her.
Besides, what would she see in Zack?

She is married, yes, but Rod is as good as dead. He's not coming back, why should she wilt away?
Zack said that Lillia couldn't wait for him to become of age, that's why she married Rod. Zack was Lillia's boy-toy. But now he is all grown up and Lillia being older doesn't matter anymore.

A scene where you learn in a conversation between Kai and Popuri that Kai auctually fathered May when he met Joanna in his travels. Popuri dumps him for a year, but they get married afterwards and May moves in with them.
Heck yes. Then Joanna comes back and sues Kai for May's custody. Depending on which event you see first, May will either stay with Kai and Popuri or sail away with Joanna.
